Homeowner’s Manual

What good is a home without a manual on how to operate and maintain it? If you want the home to last, maintenance is critical. We keep the maintenance to a minimum, through durability measures in construction, but there will always be basic annual and biannual maintenance for any home.

We try to make this maintenance as painless and convenient as possible for the homeowner. Some of the things we do for clients are:

•Homeowner Guide/Manual
•Home orientation/walk-throughs
•Discussion of home maintenance issues
•Outlook and iCal Reminders- along with the homeowner’s manual, a data disc with files to download onto a computer’s calendar (Outlook, iCal) to remind the homeowner of important home maintenance dates.
